Helena Vanelli started her professional career in Dance - Choreography and later was drawn into the fitness world. She teaches Rhythmic Stretch and Tone (Pilates), Yoga, Cardio training - Dancercise, Slow Body Resistance, and for the past 10 years, she focuses on Aquatic fitness.
As a certified Aquatic Exercise and Rehab Instructor, she offers fun, safe yet challenging fat burning workouts for all levels in the sea all year round. She is on a mission to help people get into shape and guarantees that water fitness is the safest and quickest way to achieve this.
