Dermalyze Eye Gel Reviews: How Safe and Effective Is This Eye Gel?

Are you aware that the area around the eyes is one of the first places where signs of skin aging appear? The reason for this is because the skin in this area is very thin which makes it very delicate. There are many sign of skin aging around the eye area like fine lines, crow’s feet, wrinkles, under eye bags, etc. Because this is among the most common problem areas, a specific kind of anti-aging product was developed. These products are called eye creams, gels or serums. The most difficult part is finding the right product which is not just effective but also free from side effects. To help guide you in finding the best products, let’s take a popular eye gel that claims to target signs of skin aging around the eyes under examination.

What You Should Know About Dermalyze?

Dermalyze

Dermalyze claims to be a powerful eye cream that offers the ultimate solution to signs of skin aging around the eyes. It doesn’t just target fine lines and wrinkles but it also addresses dark circles, puffiness and bags according to the Dermalyze website. It even claims to rejuvenate the skin cells at the DNA level. The product is formulated with premium, medical-grade ingredients combining age old beauty secrets with modern day science.

How Does It Work?

According to the product’s website, there are three main benefits of using Dermalyze. The first benefit is that it helps in healing skin damage which causes fine lines and wrinkles. It works through the process of cellular regeneration using a revolutionary formula to produce collagen, elastin and other binding fibers. When used consistently, the product claims to reduce the depth, length and overall visibility of fine lines and wrinkles.

The second benefit of Dermalyze is that it targets dark circles under the eyes. Dark circles are genetic in nature and it is a direct result of aging. The eye gel contains scientifically proven ingredients that attack dark circles using a two-step approach. First, it promotes the healing of blood-stained skin cells allowing them to be replaced with healthy skin cells. Secondly, it addresses the main source of the problem which is the capillaries around the eye area. The eye gel prevents blood from going to the skin cells to make sure that dark circles don’t return.

The third benefit of Dermalyze is that it relieves eye puffiness and under eye bags. Eye bags and puffiness are usually caused by water retention and the build-up of fat globules under the tissue surrounding the eyes. The product claims to break down the fat build-up and get rid of the water retained in the area.

Active Ingredients

Dermalyze appears to be a very good eye gel since it is designed to target the most common signs of skin aging around the eyes. The dilemma begins when you try to find information about the product’s active ingredients. There is no information on the product’s ingredients on the Dermalyze website or anywhere else online. Moreover, there is no explanation how the product’s claims are delivered through the product’s active ingredients.

Strengths

  • Dermalyze is designed to address the most common signs of skin aging around the eyes
  • There is a satisfaction guarantee offer according to the FAQ website but a refund is not offered
  • Has a professional-looking website
  • There are some positive customer reviews online

Weaknesses

  • There is no information available on the product’s active ingredients and how each one works
  • The manufacturer of Dermalyze is not well-known in the beauty industry
  • There is no money-back guarantee
  • There are many negative feedback from customers saying the effects aren’t as considerable as claimed on the product’s website
  • There is no clinical study proving the effectiveness or safety of the product
  • There are no details on the scientific studies mentioned on the product’s website
  • The product is very expensive compared to other eye creams or serums

Dermalyze Customer Reviews

Here are some online customer reviews:
I discovered Dermalyze through an online advertisement. The product seems very promising but the problem is that I wasn’t able to find the list of ingredients. Despite this problem, I still decided to give the product a try since there are many good reviews online saying it works. I have terrible eye bags that have been around for a few years. I was disappointed with Dermalyze and I think it is just a glorified moisturizer. My eye bags didn’t get smaller even a little bit. However, the skin around my eyes seems smoother and some fine lines have become almost unnoticeable. Overall, it still isn’t a good product that I would recommend to anyone.
- Diane Smith, Los Angeles, CA

I heard about Dermalyze from a friend who claims it has helped with her fine lines and crow’s feet. I decided to give it a try without even researching about the product. I ordered a bottle online and used it regularly for about a month. It helped a little bit with my fine lines but didn’t have any effect on my dark circle problem. I’m still happy with the result since my fine lines are now almost gone. I’m now in the market for another eye cream to treat my dark circle problem.
- Janice Burbage, Salt Lake City, UT

Final Verdict

Overall, Dermalyze is not a recommendable product. The biggest problem with this eye gel is that there is no information available on the active ingredients and how they work. Another major problem is that there is no clinical study proving the effectiveness or safety of Dermalyze. Some reviews from customers claim that it can help with fine lines but there are many reviews saying it doesn’t really have an effect on eye bags and dark circles. It would be better to look at other eye creams that are clinically proven to be effective.

Below is the list of the top eye cream brands on today’s market. With careful evaluation of safety and effectiveness of each brand, backed by clinical studies and research, we ranked the products from best (5 stars) to worst (2 stars). • I read glowing reviews before buying it, so I figured it was worth a try. But this stuff is actually horrible. The texture is weird. It sits on your skin and makes it seem dry. After 8 weeks of use there was no change in the appearance of my eyes. I wasn’t hoping for a miracle, just a reduction in fine lines.

  • My friend recommends this eye cream for dark circle. So I decided to try it out and order it. I have been using and its my 2nd week now. I saw improvements in my under eye skin. My under eye dark circles are starting to diminish. I can’t believe it works for me! I am very happy with the results.

  • I have tried so many products. Over the counter usually isn’t strong enough to see results and even though I don’t have sensitive skin. But this is the great product, it actually works for me. I am using it for 2 weeks back and my dark circles are starting to diminish. I am really very happy with this stuff.

  • I have been using dermalyze eye gel for the last 2 years. One container lasts a very long time since you only need a small amount when applying. I can see the dark circles and lines disappear, only minutes after application. This works great! I would definitely recommend.

  • I’ve used it every night the past six weeks and have seen no noticeable difference in my fine lines. No diminishing of dark circle under the eyes. The product left a sticky, unpleasant coating which must be washed off comes morning. Very disappointed.

  • I have very high expectation with this product because I saw so many positive reviews. I’ve used several eye treatments before and I did notice a difference in the darkness under my eyes after a course of a day or so. But, in comparison to other products I’ve used, there was no significant difference in that aspect either.

  • I bought dermalyze eye gel and used it for over 5 weeks now. Nothing is working, it actually makes my eye bag and wrinkles even more visible. Don’t buy this product.

  • I’m a fifty year old woman and I have pretty good skin for my age. One of the reasons is because I eat well and I don’t put a lot of crappy creams on my face. I got this cream because I’m seeing some minor signs of aging and wanted to do something for it. Unfortunately, this cream has a sticky consistency and doesn’t absorb much into your skin. I used this cream for three weeks and it did absolutely nothing.

  • I only used it on my one eye, so that I could see a difference and yes after the first day I saw some improvement. My dark circle on that eye was much lightened, but after continuous use, they are looking worse. So this dose is deceptive and does not work for me. Sorry to say but this is not the best and will not recommend it.

  • I bought this product after recommendation by my friend. I have used it and I don’t notice any improvement. Moreover, after the 1st application I had eye irritation. The product does nothing. It is just a waste of money. I almost used the whole bottle and kept hoping that it would work. Sorry to say, but I am badly Disappointed!

    • I bought and used the product dermalyze for the hope og getting rid of crows feet, dark eyes and eye bag. After a month, i stopped using it as it shows no effect. Still my eyes looks dull. Worst to it is that when i got it its not sealed and after 45 days another delivery came in. Products is not absorbent..

  • I have read reviews regarding this product with incredible results, supposedly. But over a few days the skin became dry and scaly and as I rubbed/scratched my eyes became puffy. It did nothing for my under eye dark circle. So this just didn’t work for me, no benefit. Would not recommend to anyone.

  • After using this product I got an allergic reaction. I don’t know why this happens to me. It was wonderful at first, but then something changed. I was very disappointed and upset. It was, at first, the best I had ever used on my eyes and I would have used it forever. Too bad because I’m sure others have had the same thing happen to them like the person who wrote an earlier review.

  • I have used it and I didn’t like this product. I guess I have sensitive skin around my eyes because the moment I got this home, washed my face and put some on the skin around my eyes started to burn. I decided to give it a day or two, but every time I used it my skin burnt. Sorry to say, but this not the right choice for me.

  • I have used dermalyze and this is not for sensitive skin. I used a small amount and it totally burned my whole eye area. My skin was red and dry and peeled. I looked 10 years older in one day. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

  • I received this product and started using it for 3 weeks now. It felt rich & creamy upon touching & yet it is not greasy on the skin. Unfortunately, that feeling is gone within 10 minutes, I put another layer on, and another 10 minutes another layer, 3 generous layer, on both sides of my dry skin, not just in the eye area. The dryness of the skin was not satisfied. This not worth the money.

  • I bought this product after hearing about how great it was. I was very upset to find it didn’t work at all. My dark circles are worse within an hour or two of application. Not only that, but it burned my eyes like crazy, and my skin is not that sensitive. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

  • I’ve tried dermalyze, but unfortunately didn’t measure up. It actually made the skin under my eyes look dark. I was just looking for something that would provide moisture. This just irritated my sensitive skin so I threw it and would not repurchase it.

  • I have very sensitive eyes and skin. I bought this product with hopes of minimizing my under eye dark circles. In general, this eye gel has fragrance free, non-irritating firming, and wrinkle smoothing. I had high hopes that it significantly reduces my dark circles. After finishing the entire container, my dark circles are still there and searching for a good eye cream.

  • After reading so many reviews I decided to try this product. The product did not irritate my eyes, but other than moisturizing the eye area, it did nothing to reduce under eye swelling or dark circles. I would not recommend this product.

  • I have tried the dermalyze eye gel and I can’t believe after 1st application my eyes are brunt so much and turned red like someone punch me. It’s a really very bad thing for me. I would not recommend it to anyone and I’ll not buy it again.

  • I was very excited to try this product and have been using it for 8 weeks. The cream is thick and goes on smoothly, absorbs well. But it did not reduce my eye puffiness one bit. So this product did absolutely nothing for me and this is not for me.

  • It’s an okay product, but I found it wasn’t very moisturizing for my eyes. I actually preferred using the night cream on my eyes and I use that over my eyes. And it actually made my eyes very worse. So I stopped using it and never purchase it again. It’s really very worse eye gel for me.

  • My mother gave this to me since she had a bunch of unopened dermalyze products from her friend. So, this didn’t cost me anything, but if it did I would be sorely upset. The eye gel is sticky and weird and the cream sometimes burned my eyes. This is a basic eye gel, nothing too special about it at all.
